  • Dialogue with your inner child. Spend time nurturing the little soul and what they’ve been through and how they felt at the time.

It's time to embrace the power of the breath. To begin, find a comfortable spot and lie down on your yoga mat or a soft blanket. Ensure there is nothing underneath your head for optimal relaxation.

Create a soothing atmosphere by draping a sarong or a similar cloth gently over your body. Find a dark or softly lit room where distractions can fade away, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Prepare to embark on a journey of deep breathing and inner exploration, surrounded by tranquility and serenity. Let the rhythm of your breath guide you to a place of profound clarity and connection within.
