In and Out - We purposely place the body into the Sympathetic Nervous System, a more stressed state to build resilience. Followed by a gentle calm down to the Parasympathetic, our rest and digest.

By balancing our hormones and teaching our bodies, we are not under direct threat during the days, we overcome and breakthrough barriers.

We become in control of our responses. We self regulate.

 

Meditation

A daily Meditation practice will change your outlook on life. Often for people it can be difficult to ‘get into it’

After a breathing experience is the best time to be taken on a guided meditation where you can experience the realm of your subconscious this is where true healing and peace take place.
